Apple Crumble
Ingredients

8-10 mixed apples, cored, peeled, cut into 1 inch slices

1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar

1 cup rolled oats

12 tablespoons cold butter, diced

1 cup walnuts

1 lemon, juiced

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚F/180˚C.

In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, 1 cup brown sugar, oats, walnuts, and cold butter. Mix with hands until the mixture is crumbly.

Spread the apple slices in a buttered baking dish. Toss with 1⁄2 cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.

Sprinkle the crumb mixture on top of the apples.

Bake for 50-60 mins or until the crumb topping is golden brown.

Serve warm with ice cream.
