Baked Sunchokes

2 sunchoke clusters1 tablespoon olive oil1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dried rosemary1 teaspoon black pepper1 tablespoon curry powder (optional)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚F/180˚C.Wash, scrub, and dry the sunchokes. Cut into 1⁄2 inch slices.
