Berries Sheet Pancake
Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour

2 tablespoons brown or white sugar

1 egg
-
1⁄2 tablespoon baking powder

1⁄8 teaspoon salt

3⁄4 cup whole milk

2 tablespoons butter, melted
-
4 strawberries, sliced
-
12-15 blueberries
-
1⁄2 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

1 tablespoon pecan or walnut pieces

softened butter (for serving)

maple syrup (for serving)
Directions

Preheat oven to 425˚F.

In a square glass baking dish (will use the same dish for baking), melt the butter in the oven.

Whisk together the dry ingredients flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk in eggs, milk and melted butter until combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and lightly mix (do not over mix)

Fold in some of the dark chocolate chips and nuts.

Pour the batter into oiled/ buttered glass dish.

spread the sliced strawberries, blueberries, nuts, and the chocolate chips on top. Lightly push then into the batter.

Bake for 18-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven, slice and serve warm with butter and maple syrup.

Store leftovers, let cool to room temperature. Refrigerate if storing for longer. Warm for 10 seconds in the microwave or in the oven for 10 minutes at 350˚F.
