Bhapa Doi
Ingredients

1 1⁄2 cup Greek Yogurt (can use vanilla flavored)1 cup milk1 (14oz) can condensed milk1 teaspoon cardamom powder2 tablespoons chopped pistachios5-6 strands saffron5-10 raisins

Preheat oven to 355˚F/180˚C.In a large pan whisk or blend greek yogurt and condensed milk together with an electric hand blender until it reaches a smooth consistency.Add milk slowly and whisk again to mix well.Add cardamom powder and handful of raisins and mix well.Pour in the mix in a large square baking tray or in multiple small ramekins.Place the tray or the ramekins in a larger glass baking tray. Pour water in the larger baking tray so the ramekins are half immersed.
