Jaljeera Mix

Very refreshing in the summer and helps with digestion.

Ingredients

  • 5 teaspoons cumin powder (better if roasted)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons chutney podina powder
  • 3 teaspoons kala namak
  • 14 teaspoon clove powder
  • 12 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoon amchoor powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seed powder (optional)
  • 4 teaspoons dried mint leaves powder (optional)

Directions

  • mix all the dry ingredients well.
  • store in an air tight glass jar at room temperature.
  • combine 1 tablespoon of the jaljeera mix with sugar/ maple syrup or lemonade powder and dissolve in water.
