Jaljeera Mix
Very refreshing in the summer and helps with digestion.
Ingredients

5 teaspoons cumin powder (better if roasted)

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon black pepper powder

2 teaspoons chutney podina powder

3 teaspoons kala namak

1⁄4 teaspoon clove powder

1⁄2 teaspoon cardamom powder

1 teaspoon amchoor powder

1 teaspoon ginger powder

2 teaspoons fennel seed powder (optional)

4 teaspoons dried mint leaves powder (optional)
Directions

mix all the dry ingredients well.

store in an air tight glass jar at room temperature.

combine 1 tablespoon of the jaljeera mix with sugar/ maple syrup or lemonade powder and dissolve in water.
