Peanut Butter Miso Roasted Brussel Sprouts

18 oz. brussel sprouts, halved1 tablespoon miso1 tablespoon dry white wine1 tablespoon peanut butter1 tablespoon maple syrup1 tablespoon toasted sesame oilkosher saltGochugaru
Directions

Preheat oven to 475˚F/246˚C.Spray olive oil in a large glassdish and lay the brussel sprouts with cut face down. Sprinkle some kosher saltSpray olive oil to cover the tops of brussel sprouts.Bake for 10 minutes.
