Peanut Butter Miso Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Amazingly delicious and really easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 18 oz. brussel sprouts, halved
  • 1 tablespoon miso
  • 1 tablespoon dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • kosher salt
  • Gochugaru

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 475˚F/246˚C.
  • Spray olive oil in a large glassdish and lay the brussel sprouts with cut face down. Sprinkle some kosher salt
  • Spray olive oil to cover the tops of brussel sprouts.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Mix the miso, peanut butter, maple syrup, sesame oil, white wine, and gochugaru to make the sauce.
  • Toss the brussel sprouts in the sauce and place on the baking dish with cut face up.
  • Bake for 20 mins.
  • Serve hot while the brussel sprouts are still crispy!
